The'93 had a really strong motor. It was a night and day improvement over the previous 250cc motors. However it was only the 2nd gen perimeter frame. Okay, but not great. The '93 did NOT have a new frame. First gen frame was '90-91, second gen was '92-'93, third gen stared in '94.
